HERE'S MY REAL ESTATE STORY

My Journey

I started out my real estate career in 2001 after deciding working in education just wasn't for me.  I grew my business through hard work and with the help of a few great mentors.  I climbed my way to the top and was rookie of the year and a routine top producer.  I have a clear understanding of the work it takes to stay at the top, and I desire to help you achieve this same success.
In 2006 my husband and I began to have babies and I felt like I wanted to fully commit to raising my littles.  I always knew at some point I wanted to get back into real estate.  It's what I know and what I love to do.  Yet, I still desire to raise my little ones and be home for them as often as possible, so I decided to take my real estate career in a different direction.  I began working from home as a transaction coordinator in 2014, and through various companies I have continued my career.  Now it's my turn, and I am ready to soar along side you as you grow your business as I grow mine.

SERVICES WE OFFER

Listing Coordination - List to Close $500

  • Create Listing Paperwork and send to client/s via docusign 

  • Pull tax record & trio

  •  Prep Listings in the RMLS

  •  Gather all HOA documents (if applicable) from seller and hold for future buyer

  •  Order Home Warranty (Seller Coverage)

  •  Upload all listing documents into broker’s compliance system and maintain until approved.

  • Once Under Contract:

  • Open escrow upon request, obtain file number and request escrow instructions, commission instructions and Prelim.

  • Review purchase Agreement, counter offers, and amendments to ensure all are fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, and broker information is completed.

  •  Keep track of deadlines per contract Agreement

  •  Prepare a full disclosure package including all of the required state. and broker forms and deliver directly to you and/or your seller via Email or Docusign

  • Provide completed seller disclosure package to buyer’s agent & escrow.

  • Send copies of reports to buyer’s agent & escrow.

  •  Upload all disclosures, documents, and reports into online transaction management service as they are received or fully executed throughout the transaction.

  • Maintain weekly contact with all Parties involved for status updates as well as items outstanding.

  • Make sure all necessary paperwork is in at the time of closing & file is approved to ensure your Commission checks will not be delayed checks will not be delayed

  • Fill out broker demand and send to title company. 

  • Complete Commissions information for brokers office (per office requirements) 

  • When requested, assist in sending offers, writing addendums (with agent verbiage) and obtaining signatures.

  • Coordinate the Opening of escrow 

  • Send emails to all parties along with timelines and transaction summary 

  • Review purchase Agreement, counter offers, and amendments to ensure all are fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, and broker information is completed

  • Ensure seller disclosures are provided within contract timelines. 

  • Ensure HOA docs are provided within contract timelines. 

  • Prepare buyer disclosure including all of the required State, seller disclosures and broker forms and deliver directly to you and/or your buyer via Email or Docusign

  • Keep track of deadlines per contract Agreement

  • Order Home Warranty (if applicable) 

  • Ensure your buyer is provided a copy of all reports and booklets that are provided and/or required 

  • Upload all disclosures, documents, and reports into online transaction management service as they are received or fully executed throughout the transaction

  • Maintain weekly contact with all Parties involved for status updates as well as items outstanding

  • Check in with Lender and Escrow to make sure everything is on track

  • Check on appraisal status and loan status throughout the transaction
